A Very New Earth
She speaks so quietly
through the lifting of her touch,
her life flow sustaining
and always new.
We re-make the old forms
with the new energy
yet her soft voice
encourages us forward,
to shape in accord
with the new flow,
to allow the old forms to rest
and give our attention
to the living we’ve long resisted,
to free her from the bonds
we’ve created for ourselves.
She is rising, wanting us to come along
in the day slowly dawning
of a very new Earth.
