CASPER UPDATE #1: DECEMBER 23, 2010
After the intense "goings on" as reported the last couple of days the packs were once again out for delivery today by Carrier, not Police.
Overnight the packs were ordered back to D.C. by the World Court and are still there at 10:30 A.M. Eastern.
