Instead of 'positioning' the packs they sabotaged deliveries again today.
The demise of the Corporation spells their demise as well so they are doing what they have previously done when 'the chips were down', sabotaging deliveries.
Those present in D.C. with the power to do so have again, retrieved the packs and say they will "get them to us tomorrow in a new and different way."
We shall see.
