CASPER UPDATE #2: OCTOBER 7, 2010
Brinks had signed a "Guaranteed Contract" for delivery and has been stalling delivery the last three days on orders from Obama and others. This morning they have admitted that they are working for Obama and the Banks and could care less about the Contract they signed saying they have no intention of delivering the packs ever. Here we go again.
