A group of attorneys is exploring the possibility of a lawsuit challenging the repeal of the religious exemption in New York on issues related to the mandated schedule.
Possible plaintiffs should be a parent, or parents, who have a child who was vaccinated according to the typical schedule, had a serious adverse reaction, and then stopped vaccinating the injured child, and their other children, under a religious exemption.
